About AMII

An institute built on a single, stubborn conviction

The Advanced Machine Intelligence Institute helps organizations and individuals adopt AI the right way — guided by a doctrine we won't compromise.

Our mission

We founded AMII because we kept watching organizations make the same mistake: treating AI as a way to do the same things with fewer people, instead of a way to free people from the work that wastes them.

The promise of machine intelligence isn't a smaller workforce. It's a more capable one. When you remove the drudgery — the reformatting, the lookups, the first drafts no one wants to write — you give people back the hours they need for judgment, relationships, and creativity. That's the work humans are for.

So AMII does two things. We consult: as a fractional Chief AI Officer, we help organizations adopt AI with strategy, governance, and a steady monthly cadence. And we train: through self-paced courses, live workshops, and verifiable certification, we build the capability that makes AI an asset instead of a threat.

AI should eliminate drudgery and expand human capability — but never replace human judgment, responsibility, or creativity.

The AMII doctrine, in one sentence

Our doctrine

Four principles that shape every engagement, course, and recommendation we make.

01

Drudgery is the enemy

The repetitive, low-judgment work that fills people's days is the right target for automation. Removing it frees humans for the work that actually requires them. We aim AI at drudgery first, always.

02

Judgment stays human

AI can draft, summarize, research, and suggest. It cannot be accountable. We design every workflow so a human owns the decisions that matter — the judgment, the responsibility, the creativity.

03

Capability over cuts

We measure success by what your people can now do, not by how many you no longer need. AI is leverage. Used well, it makes a team more capable, not smaller.

04

Adopt with intent

Scattershot AI experiments waste money and trust. We bring strategy, governance, and a predictable cadence so adoption is deliberate, transparent, and accountable.

What we value

Human-centered

People are the point. Technology serves them.

Honest about AI

We name what AI can and cannot do — no hype.

Responsible by default

Governance and accountability are built in.

Practical

We ship workflows that work, not slideware.
